If you would like to volunteer at the 2014 Kids Carnival please provide the hours that you are able to help. We have Set up, event, and clean up times all listed below.
The Carnival cannot run smoothly without your help. We appreciate if you treat this like you would your job, and show up on time. The crowd always shows up early, so it is VERY important that everyone is on time, and everything is in place.
Remember that the carnival operates no matter what the weather is, so please dress accordingly.
1. Set up Crew 8:00am - 11:30am*
2. Carnival Event 11:30am - 3:30pm*
3. Clean up Crew 3:30pm - 4:30pm*
*Please show up 15 minutes prior to your shift
We are also looking for items for the cake walk
We are in need of 100 uniquely decorated, cute kid designed cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and candy bouquets for the cakewalk.
If we can count on your help for one or more of the above, please let us know (items can be dropped off the day prior; May 31 from 12pm-2pm at Aspen Fitness South Location, in the kids room).
